Signing up is easy and quick! Simply click here and create your account for free. 

Log in to your Numa account on our website or app, select your desired dates and room type, and complete the booking process. Your member benefits will be applied automatically.

Free drinks and snacks are available at most of our properties for stays for at least 2 nights.

However, please note that this perk is not offered at the following locations: all Amsterdam properties, YAYS The Hague Willemspark, Salzburg Maximilian, Salzburg Ivy, London Bloomsbury, Hamburg Base, Brussels Scoop, Rome Verso, Rome Portico, Madrid Script, Madrid Goya, Madrid Luna, Barcelona Lustre, Barcelona Seda, and Barcelona Lumino.

You can enjoy the following:

• 2 non-alcoholic beverages

• 1 savoury snack
• 1 sweet snack 

Please note: The selection of snacks may vary from property to property. 

Claiming your free early check-in or late check-out is easy. 

Early check-in:

• Simply select your preferred time in My Trips. Please note that early check-in isn't guaranteed before 3pm (standard check-in time), but if your room is ready earlier, we'll notify you so you can check-in early. 

Late check-out: 

• Simply visit My Trips to check for availability. If the option for a late check-out is available, you can proceed and book it directly. 

You'll receive a notification as soon as your room becomes available ahead of time, allowing you to check-in early.
